Valentine’s Day is the perfect time to give a piece of your heart away and it’s just right around the corner. One of the easiest ways to do that is by sending a simple card to those you love. And if that special person just happens to be an awesome book nerd, these bookish V-day cards will surely be accepted with glee and *heart eyes*!

  1. Oh Hazel, these are all LOVELIES! But my favorite is yours (and this has absolutely nothing to do with you being the author of the blog). Will def use it as a wallpaper for Scout! Xx

  2. Ahahahaha Hazel!! This is pure brilliance and I’m so proud of myself for getting every one of those references;) now THAT is how you celebrate Valentine’s Day; fandom style!!

  3. Aww I love these valentine’s Hazel! They reminded me of elementary school when valentine’s day was such a big thing and everyone would come to school with these cards from Walmart and some chocolates and hand them out to each other during class. I still have all my stacks of cards in my room. Of course the cards weren’t nearly as pretty as all these are! I’m especially loving the illustrated Hunger Game ones. So cute!

  4. Ha ha ha, those are wonderful, Hazel! I especially like that so many of them can be sent to friends. I get so sad when I see people saying they don’t celebrate Valentines Day because they don’t have a girlfriend/boyfriend/significant other. It is the perfect day to show your friends and family how much you love them, too! When people ignore Valentines Day they are wasting the chance to make someone they care about’s day better.

  5. This post makes me so happy! You picked a great collection of designs for bookish Valentines, and I certainly wouldn’t mind receiving one or two of these myself ;)

  6. Love the Librarian ones. ISBN thinkin about you. Ha!

Saw this on a random shirt recently, “When I think about books I touch my shelf”
